Individual Meat Loaves Recipe
Ingredients
3/4 lb. ground beef
3/4 lb. ground veal
1 beaten egg
1 tablespoon chopped onion
1/2 cup soft bread crumbs soaked in
1/2 cup milk
Directions
Mix together and season with salt and pepper.
Divide into 6 or more portions if smaller loaves are desired.
Shape into patties and roll up a pork sausage in each.
Shape, covering sausage completely.
Cut rings of green pepper and onions in half and arrange alternately over meat loaves.
Bake uncovered in moderate oven (350° F.) for 40 minutes.
