Individual Chef Salad Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup salad greens
1/2 oz. turkey strips, cooked
1/2 oz. ham strips, cooked
1/4 oz. Swiss cheese
1/2 tomato, chopped
1 egg, hard-cooked and quartered
1 wedge lemon
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
On a dinner plate or small platter, arrange the salad greens.
Top with remaining ingredients.
