Individual Apple Pies Recipe
|Whole wheat pastry flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|White flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Unbleached)|
|Margarine||3 Tablespoon (Unsalted)|
|Cold water||4 Tablespoon|
|Apples||3 , peeled, cored, and thinly sliced|
|Apricot jam||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), heated (Sugarless)|

Cut in margarine.
Add only enough water to form a dough.
Roll out on a floured piece of waxed paper.
Cut out six 4" circles.
Place circles on a lightly greased cookie sheet.
Arrange apples in an overlapping pattern on each circle, covering circle completely.
Bake at 425° for 20 minutes, or until apples are tender.
Spoon melted jam over each pie.
