 Egg1
 Milk1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Margarine1/4 Cup (16 tbs), melted
 All purpose flour1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Sugar1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 1/4 Cup Pistachio Nuts Lightly to asted
 2 Tbsp. Chopped Almonds or Walnuts, Lightly to asted
 Sunflower seeds3 Tablespoon
 Baking powder1 Tablespoon

Directions

Beat egg together with milk and margarine.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Spoon into greased muffin cups and bake until golden brown.
These flavorful muffins are delicious for tea or dessert.
Bake at 375 degrees 20 to 25 minutes
