Indian Corn Recipe
Ingredients
| Bacon Slices | 2 , diced | |
| Onion | 1 Large, minced | |
| Cream- style corn-2, (1 pound) cans | ||
| Egg | 1 , Well beaten | |
| All-purpose flour-2 tablespoons | ||
| Sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Milk | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
1)Sauté onion and brown bacon.
2)In a bowl, mix corn to egg and stir it into onion mixture.
3)Now, mix flour, sugar and milk and add it to corn mixture.
4)Take a buttered casserole and put the mixture into it.
5)Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour or until set.
SERVING
6)Serve the Indian corn immediately.
