Directions

Boil macaroni as per packet instructions. Make sure to add little salt and oil in to water when you boil it.
Heat up oil, add onion and cook till it gets soft.
Add tomato puree, garam masala, red chilli powder, salt, sugar and cook for 2 mts.
Add carrot, green pepper, paneer, mix and cook for 3 mts.
Add boiled macroni and toss well in above spicy sauce.
Pour above mixture in to baking dish, top up with a layer of mozzarella cheese and bake on 400 degree Fahrenheit for 10 mts on until cheese is melted.
