Ingredients

 About 2 1/2 cups mashed cooked pumpkin
 Approximately
 Water3 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 tablespoon chopped onion, fried in shortening until transparent
 1 cup milk or light cream
 Salt To Taste
 Curry powder1 Tablespoon
 Dash of dried or fresh mint

Directions

Combine pumpkin and water; stir to form thin puree.
Add onion.
Boil for 3 minutes.
Add milk or cream, salt to taste, and curry powder.
Heat through, stirring constantly.
Sprinkle mint over the top just before serving.
