Indian Pumpkin Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| About 2 1/2 cups mashed cooked pumpkin | ||

| Water | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 tablespoon chopped onion, fried in shortening until transparent | ||
| 1 cup milk or light cream | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Curry powder | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Dash of dried or fresh mint | ||
Directions
Combine pumpkin and water; stir to form thin puree.
Add onion.
Boil for 3 minutes.
Add milk or cream, salt to taste, and curry powder.
Heat through, stirring constantly.
Sprinkle mint over the top just before serving.
