Indian Minty Yogurt Dip Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 cup yogurt - hang for 15 minutes | ||
| Coriander/ cilantro | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Mint leaves | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Green chillies | 2 | |
| 1/2 onion, 2 flakes garlic | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| 1/4 tsp ground roasted cumin seeds | ||
Directions
Hang yogurt in a muslin cloth for 15 minutes.
Beat well and keep aside.
Wash coriander and mint leaves.
Grind coriander, mint, green chillies, onion and garlic with a little water to a thick paste.
Add green paste, roasted cumin powder & salt to the yogurt.
