Indian Curry Of Rice Recipe

Ingredients
| Apple | 1 Medium, chopped | |
| Green pepper | 1 Medium, diced | |
| Celery | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| 1 cup chicken bouillon | ||
| Tomato chili | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Dash each of garlic powder, ginger and turmeric | ||
| 1/2 cup cooked enriched rice | ||
| Coconut extract | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Directions
In small saucepan, combine apple, green pepper and celery and cook until apples are soft and liquid almost evaporated.
Stir in remaining ingredients (except coconut extract); heat well.
Just before serving, add extract, if desired
