MAKING
1) Heat the oven and roast one eggplant at 400 degrees for 1 hour or more.
2) Cut the eggplant in half and prick the skin.
3) Take a pan and heat it. Add chopped onions and sauté for few minutes.
4) Add little water and cook onion till it becomes golden brown in color.
5) Add hot sauce, turmeric powder, and garam masala.
6) When the onion is cooked, add eggplant and frozen peas.
7) Cook for couple of minutes and turn off the heat.
SERVING
8) Serve the dish with roti or naan.
