In A Jam Kabobs Recipe
Ingredients
1/3 cup orange marmalade
2 tablespoons orange juice
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
Dash ginger
2 boneless chicken breasts, skinned and cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces (about 1 to 1 1/4 lb.)
1 package (10 oz.) frozen brussel sprouts, defrosted
Directions
In medium glass bowl, combine marmalade, orange juice, soy sauce, lemon juice and ginger.
Cook at HIGH 2 1/2 to 3 minutes.
Add chicken and marinate, if desired, 30 minutes.
On four 9 or 10-inch wooden skewers alternately thread chicken and brussel sprouts.
Arrange skewers on 8-inch square baking dish.
Cook at HIGH 5 to 6 minutes, or until chicken is tender.
Rearrange skewers once and brush with marinade twice.
Cook at HIGH 2 1/2 to 3 minutes.
