Directions

MAKING
1. Take a pan and heat it with some butter and add the onions and fry for a minute. Then add the garlic and continue frying till brown in color.
2. Add in the diced tomatoes and heat it on high heat so that all the liquid comes out and evaporates quickly. It is not necessary to cook the tomatoes completely.
3. After a couple of minutes add in the scallops and stir for a couple of more minutes. Add in few broken basil leaves.
4. Plate the prepared mix onto the cooked whole wheat pasta.

SERVING
5. Serve warm.
