Hi Prezi! How are you? Thank you so much for watching my Impossible Pie video and commenting. This is such a simple pie to make and yet it took me all day to film it. I could not stop laughing or messing up. It was nearly "impossible" for me to make it, LOL. I hope you can try this. It's really easy to make. Plus it's super yummy! Have a most beautiful day! Big hugs coming your way! :-)

lolz... neat explanation... the self made crust reminds me of your 'no topping' peach cobbler.... it was great and so is this. I love coconut in my desserts.. :) big hugs!!

Hi aparna.priya! How are you? Thank you so much for watching and commenting. This recipe is almost too easy! It seems "impossible" for a pie to make its very own crust, custard-type filling and crunchy coconut top, LOL. I think it should be called "Impossibly easy pie" LOL! It really is pretty neat how the flour will go to the bottom and make the crust. It's really yummy too. Even better the next day after it has setup more in the refrigerator. Have a most beautiful, happy day! Talk to you soon! Hugs to you and yours... :-)
