Impossible Cheesecake Recipe
Ingredients
2 eggs
3/4 cup milk
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup Bisquick
2 tsp. Vanilla
Directions
Blend milk, vanilla, eggs, sugar, and Bisquick in blender on high for 15 seconds.
Add cream cheese, blend on high for 2 minutes.
Pour into greased pie plate.
Bake at 350° for 40-45 minutes or until center is firm.
Cool and spread over it 1 cup sour cream, combined with 2 tablespoons sugar and 2 teaspoons vanilla.
