Impossible Cheesecake Recipe
Once you try this Impossible Cheesecake recipe, you will never go for another recipe again. It is always prepared with Cheese as the most essential ingredient. A great Snack recipe is one like this. My friends tried this Impossible Cheesecake the other day and they simply adored it. Do I need to say more?
Ingredients
2 eggs
3/4 cup milk
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup Bisquick
2 tsp. Vanilla
Directions
Blend milk, vanilla, eggs, sugar, and Bisquick in blender on high for 15 seconds.
Add cream cheese, blend on high for 2 minutes.
Pour into greased pie plate.
Bake at 350° for 40-45 minutes or until center is firm.
Cool and spread over it 1 cup sour cream, combined with 2 tablespoons sugar and 2 teaspoons vanilla.
