Ingredients

 
7 oz canned white tuna, drained, crumbled
 
1 onion, finely chopped
 
1 garlic clove, crushed
 
1/4 tsp lemon juice
 
1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
 
1 tsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
 
Salt and pepper
 
1 cup bechamel sauce, hot
 
4 pastry shells
 
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions

Preheat oven to BROIL.
In a saucepan, mix all ingredients, except pastry shells and cheese.
Over low heat, warm mixture.
Pour into pastry shells.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Broil in oven 3-4 minutes.
