Fried Imperial Crab Recipe
Ingredients

| Mayonnaise | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Dry mustard | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Green pepper | 1/2 , chopped | |
| 1 cup unsalted cracker crumbs | ||
| Fat for deep fat frying | ||
Directions
Beat the egg well.
Add crab meat, mayonnaise, mustard, and green pepper.
Shape into small balls or form into patties.
Roll in cracker crumbs.
Fry in deep fat at 350° for about 6 minutes, or until golden brown.
