MAKING
1. In blender, blend onions, garlic, lime leaves, belachan, ginger, turmeric powder, brown sugar and red chilies until smooth.
2. Smear the paste on fish and wrap it with banana leave.
3. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
4. Grill it on BBQ for 15 minutes.
