Idli Dosa Chutney Powder Recipe
Idly dosa chutney powder is a side dish for idly and dosa in south indian breakfast. Spicy and tasty try and enjoy!!

Ingredients
| 1. Urad dal - 1 cup, | ||
| 2. Raw Rice - 1/2 cup, | ||
| 3. Coriander seeds - 2 tsp, | ||
| 4. Cumin seeds - 5 tsp, | ||
| 5. Black peppercorns - 4 tsp, | ||
| 6. Red dry chilly - 8, | ||
| 7. Asefeotida - 6 tsp, | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| 9. Curry leaves - 3 strings, | ||
| 10. Oil - 1/2 tsp. | ||
Directions
1. Roast the Rice, urad dal, cumin, coriander seeds, peppercorns, red dry chilly, curry leaves each in 1/2 tsp oil and let it to cool.
2. In a blender, put the roasted items, asefeotida, salt and grind in to a fine powder.
3. Store in a air-tight container and relish for more than a month.
Add a tsp of ghee/gingerly oil and serve with hot dosa/idly.
