Stir Fried Idli Recipe Video
A delicious variation to finish up all leftover idlies! Leftover idly just sauteed lightly in some nicely flavored onion masala. Taste great off-course with coconut chutney or just as it is, as it is spiced up very well :)

Directions
Heat oil, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, hing, green chillies, onion and saute till onions become soft.
Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, idli, mix well.
Sprinkle few splashes of water, cover and cook for 2 minutes.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves!
