Directions

Powder the idlis with hands.
Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. When they splutter add asafoetida and curry leaves. Saute for 3 seconds.
Add slit green chillies and powdered idli. Check the seasoning and add salt accordingly.(Be careful while adding salt as we add some salt to idlis)
Cover and cook on a low heat for about 4 minutes.
Add coconut and mix it well. Cover and cook again for few more minutes.
Serve hot.

Hi there, try this..... after adding idli pieces along with a pinch of salt and turmeric powder Sprinkle idli milagai podi and mix throughly it tastes nice...I love cooking and reading receipts, but cannot invent my own, I learn from others.
