Idli fry Recipe
Ingredients
| Make idli before hand. :7-8 | ||
| Mustard seeds | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Asfoetida : one pinch | ||
| Red chillies | 2 , broken | |
| Oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Cut each idli into 4 pieces
Heat oil add asfoetida, mustard seeds, curry leaves broken red chillies. Let them crackle.
Add idli. Stir. Cover and stir in between. Serve with tea for a savory snack.
