Icy Peach Cream Puffs Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 recipe Cream. Puff Pastry | ||
| 3 cup sugar-free lowfat vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt | ||
| 30 oz. canned peaches packed in juice, drained, chopped and chilled | ||
Directions
Prepare the basic cream puff recipe.
Bake the puffs.
When ready to serve, put 1/2 cup (60 mL) ice cream in each puff.
Distribute the chopped peaches over the ice cream.
