Icy Eggnog Recipe
Ingredients
| Skim milk | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 3/4 cup egg substitute, liquid | ||
| Sugar | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 2 pkgs. sugar substitute | ||
| Vanilla extract | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Ice | 1 Cup (16 tbs), crushed | |
Directions
Put all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and process at the highest speed until the ice is liquefied.
