Ingredients

 Butter1 Tablespoon
 Confectioner’s sugar1 box
 Lemon juice4 Tablespoon
 Lemon rind - 2 tablespoons, grated
 Cream - As desired (or use evaporated milk)

Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, cream together butter, sugar and lemon juice.
2) To this, add lemon rind.
3) If the icing is not soft enough, add a few teaspoons of cream or evaporated milk to soften.

SERVING
4) Top the cake with this icing as desired.
