Ingredients
| Cucumbers | 7 Pound | |
| 2 cups lime water | ||
| Apple cider vinegar | 3 Quart | |
| Sugar | 8 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Spices | 1/2 box | |
Directions
Slice cucumbers 1/4-inch thick.
Soak in lime water overnight.
Next morning wash in fresh water.
Then soak in ice cold water for 2 hours, use ice.
Drain well on a cloth.
Heat the vinegar, sugar and salt until sugar is dissolved.
Add cucumbers to solution, together with pickling spices tied into a cloth.
Cook slowly for 1 3/4 hours.
Place in hot, sterilized jars.
Seal.
These pickles are delicious.
Crisp and sweet.
Chill before serving.
