Iced Turtle Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| Gelatin | 2 Tablespoon | |
| large can | 1 | |
| Clear turtle soup | ||
| Water | 3/4 Can (10oz) | |
| Dry sherry | ||
| Lemon juice | ||
| Sour cream | ||
| Caviar | ||
Directions
Dissolve the gelatin in a little cold water and mix with the turtle soup.
Using the empty can, fill with 3/4 water and top with equal quantities of dry sherry and lemon juice.
Season to taste and chill in a bowl until set.
Spoon into serving cups and garnish with a dot of sour cream and a sprinkle of caviar.
