Directions

Because ice dilutes the brew, it is necessary to make tea extra strong.
Use 4 teaspoons tea leaves for 2 measuring cups boiling water.
Make tea in regular pot, and allow to stand in warm place 5 minutes.
Pour into tall glasses filled with chipped ice.
Serve with lemon wedges, orange slices or sprigs of mint and sugar.
