Iced Chocolate Recipe

Ingredients
5 tspns. sugar
chipped ice
4 cups milk
5 level tspns. cocoa
little whipped cream
Directions
Mix the cocoa to a smooth paste with a little of the milk.
Place the rest of the milk on the stove in a pan and bring almost to the boil.
Add the cocoa paste and the sugar, and stir till boiling point is reached, then remove.
Fill strong glasses up to 1/3rd with chipped ice, then strain the cocoa onto this.
Add a heaped tspn, whipped cream.
