Ingredients
| Tea leaves | 4 Teaspoon | |
| Mint | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Lemon grass - 4 blades | ||
| Sugar - To taste | ||
| Lime juice - to taste | ||
| Mint sprig | 6 (For garnishing) | |
| Lime - 6 thin, round slices, slit halfway down, for garnishing | ||
Directions
MAKING
1.Take a large teapot or jug and put tea leaves, mint and lemon grass in it.
2.Add 6 cups boiling water and let the aroma infuse for 5 minutes.
3.Strain the mixture.
4.Add a sprinkling of sugar and lime juice as per taste .
5.Refrigerate.
SERVING
6.Serve by filling 3/4th in glasses by adding 2-3 icecubes.
