 Ground ginger1/8 Teaspoon

Directions

1. Drain juice from pineapple tidbits into a cup; stir in ginger. Drain the mandarin-orange segments; set aside liquid for a breakfast drink.
2. Crush a tray of ice cubes fine; mound on serving plate. Top with small cup; fill with the pineapple-ginger mixture. Arrange pineapple tidbits, the mandarin-orange segments and grapes in rows on the ice mound.
3. Serve with wooden picks to spear fruits, then dip into sauce.
