Ingredients
2 cups peeled and chopped cucumber
1 cup cooked beets julienned
1 clove minced garlic
4 cups sour cream
1 cup milk
1/2 cup chopped fresh chives
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
Directions
Place cucumbers, beets, and garlic in a stainless-steel bowl and add the sour cream, mixing all ingredients gently.
