Ingredients

 Coffee3 Cup (16 tbs), brewed
 1 pint low-carb vanilla ice cream
 Ice cubes16
 Heavy cream2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Instant espresso powder1 Teaspoon

Directions

Put 1 1/2 cups of the chilled coffee, 1/2 pint of the ice cream, and 8 ice cubes in a blender.
Puree until smooth and thick.
Add 1 cup of the cream and espresso powder, if using, and blend.
Pour into 4 chilled glasses.
Repeat to make 4 more drinks.
