2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup cold skim milk
1 cup skim milk, heated to boiling
2 cups vanilla ice milk
1/3 cup sugar
2 tablespoons instant coffee granules
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (6-ounce) KEEBLER READY-CRUST Chocolate Flavored Pie Crust
Reduced-calorie whipped topping (optional)
Chocolate curls (optional)
Directions
In blender container, sprinkle gelatin over 1/4 cup cold milk; mix on low.
Let stand 3 to 4 minutes to soften.
Add hot milk; cover and mix on low until gelatin dissolves, about 2 minutes.
Add ice milk, sugar, coffee granules and vanilla.
Cover and mix until smooth.
Pour into KEEBLER READY-CRUST.
Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
Garnish with whipped topping and chocolate curls, if desired.
