Delicious Cold Coffee Recipe
Ingredients
| 50 g. / 2 oz. instant coffee powder | ||
| 300 ml. / 10 fl. oz. hot water | ||
| 900 ml. / 1 1/2 pints cold water | ||
| Sugar | ||
| 150 ml. / 5 fl. oz. double cream, stiffly whipped | ||
| 50 g . / 2 oz. chocolate, grated | ||
Directions
Put the coffee powder and hot water in a large jug and stir to dissolve.
Add the cold water and sweeten to taste with sugar, if desired.
Chill, then pour into four chilled glasses and top with the whipped cream.
Sprinkle over the grated chocolate.
