Icebox Fruit 'N' Rice Pudding Recipe
|Instant rice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Unsweetened pineapple juice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Butter salt||1⁄4 Teaspoon, flavored|
|Cold water||4 Tablespoon|
|Fruit cocktail||8 Ounce, undrained|
|Orange||1 , cut in to chunks|
|Red apple||1 , unpeeled|
|Pear||1 , unpeeled|
|Ripe banana||1 Small, peeled|
|Orange liqueur||3 Teaspoon|

1.In a saucepan, cook rice, pineapple juice and salt until it starts boiling.
2.Once done, turn off the flame and keep aside after covering for 15- 20 minutes so that the rice is soft.
3.Separatley, add some gelatin to cold water and leave it for a minute.
4.When the rice and gelatin are both done, put the geloatin mixture in the rice and stir gently.
5.Cook on low flame so that the gelatin dilutes.
6.Once cooked,add fruit cocktail, orange, apple, banana and Curacao.
7.Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan with a spoon and refrigerate.
