| Condensed milk - 1/4 tin | ||
| Paneer | 1/4 Kilogram | |
| Full cream milk powder - 3 heaped tbsp | ||
| Cream | 2 Tablespoon, Whipped | |
Directions
MAKING
1 In a bowl, add the paneer and milk powder.
2 Combine well and knead them together.
3 Add in the condensed milk and blend until creamy.
4 Mix in the whipped cream.
5 In an ice tray, spread the mixture evenly to 1/2 to 3/4 inch thickness.
6 Place in the freezer and allow to set.
SERVING
7 Cut into even sized pieces and serve chilled.
