Ingredients

 
2 tablespoons margarine
 
1 1/2 cups flaked coconut
 
1 tablespoon milk
 
1 quart ice cream
 
2/3 cup confectioners' sugar

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Heat margarine and milk until margarine is melted.
Add sugar and coconut.
Spread over bottom and sides of 9 inch pie pan.
Bake in oven 5 minutes.
Cool, then chill until firm.
Fill pie shell with ice cream taken from freezer; freeze until firm, wrap and return to freezer until serving time.
