Directions
1)In a bowl, add milk to beaten eggs and blend well.
2)Sprinkle pancake mix on surface of milk mixture and beat using a rotary beater until smooth and free from lumps.
3)Take a lightly greased 6-inch hot skillet and heat it.
4)Pour about 2 tablespoons of the batter on it.
5)Cook on medium heat until bubbles form over entire surface, then flip it and cook.
6)Keep pancakes in warm and fill each pancake with ice cream.
7)Roll or fold edges of pancake around ice cream.
SERVING
8)Serve ice cream pancakes immediately.
