Ingredients
| Vanilla Ice Cream | 1 Quart | |
| Mincemeat | 1 Cup (16 tbs), drained | |
| 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon rum flavoring | ||
| 1 recipe Graham cracker Crust | ||
Directions
Stir ice cream to soften; stir in mincemeat and flavoring.
Spoon into Graham cracker Crust.
Freeze firm.
