Ingredients
2 Small Pkgs. Jello (Strawberry)
3 Apples
1 Large Can Crushed Pineapple
3 Tangerines
2 Tbs. Small Curd Cottage Cheese
3 Tbs. Ice Cream (Vanilla)
1/2 Cup Chopped Walnuts
1 Small Pkg. Cool Whip
Directions
Melt jello in hot water as directed on back of jello box.
Add cottage cheese, ice cream.
Peel apples and tangerines; cut into small pieces and add to jello.
Add pineapple, including juice; add nuts.
Place in jello mold and refrigerate.
When ready to serve, unmold and top with Cool Whip.
