Ingredients

 Baked tart shells8
 Semisweet chocolate pieces6 Ounce (1 Package)
 Chopped blanched almonds1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Toasted)
 Peppermint stick ice cream1 Quart
 Semisweet chocolate curls2

Directions

Prepare tart shells as directed at left.
Melt chocolate over hot water.
Spread melted chocolate over bottom and sides of each tart; sprinkle with almonds.
Cool.
Just before serving, fill each tart with scoop of ice cream.
Trim with chocolate curls.
