Ice Cream in Choco Tarts Recipe
Ingredients
| Baked tart shells | 8 | |
| Semisweet chocolate pieces | 6 Ounce (1 Package) | |
| Chopped blanched almonds | 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Toasted) | |
| Peppermint stick ice cream | 1 Quart | |
| Semisweet chocolate curls | 2 |
Directions
Prepare tart shells as directed at left.
Melt chocolate over hot water.
Spread melted chocolate over bottom and sides of each tart; sprinkle with almonds.
Cool.
Just before serving, fill each tart with scoop of ice cream.
Trim with chocolate curls.
