1 10 ounce package frozen raspberries
 
1/2 cup sugar
 
1 tablespoon cornstarch
 
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
 
1 tablespoon lemon juice
 
8 crepes
 
Vanilla ice cream
 
1/2 cup whipped cream

Directions

Thaw berries.
In a saucepan combine sugar, cornstarch, and nutmeg.
Stir in berries and lemon juice.
Cook, stirring, until thickened.
Cool 5 to 10 minutes.
Fill crepes with ice cream.
Fold over and spoon warm sauce over tops.
Garnish with whipped cream.
