| 1 quart milk, or light cream | ||
| Sugar | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Juice of 3 oranges | ||
| Juice of 2 lemons | ||
| Ripe bananas | 2 , mashed | |
| Frozen strawberries package | 2 , thawed | |
