Ice Cream with Pineapple and Mocha Syrup Recipe Video
This American ice cream is one of its kind I have ever tasted. It is so delicious that you can have it anytime of the day!
Ingredients
1 tbsp cocoa
1 1/2 tbsp sugar
4 tbsp brewed coffee
Vanilla ice cream
Pineapple chunks (fresh/canned)
Garnish:
Fresh mint
Directions
Heat cocoa in a pan. Add sugar and brewed coffee to the pan. Stir on medium heat until a slow boil. Remove pan from heat.
Put some vanilla ice cream to a serving bowl. Add some pineapple chunks to the ice cream. Pour your mocha syrup on top. Garnish with fresh mint.
