Ice Cream Tarts Recipe

Ingredients
1 cup water
1/8 teaspoon salt
8 tablespoons sweet butter
1 cup all-purpose flour
4 eggs
1 1/2 pints vanilla ice cream, brick
1 cup raspberries
2 ounces semisweet chocolate, melted
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Pour water and salt into a heavy saucepan. Cut the butter into small pieces and add to water. Heat over low heat, stirring with a wooden spoon till mixture comes to a boil.
3. Add flour all at once. Stir until blended and dough forms a ball.
4. Remove dough to a bowl and beat in 3 eggs, one at a time till dough is very shiny.
5. Place in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
6. Put large tablespoons of dough onto an ungreased cookie sheet 2 inches apart. Brush with beaten egg yolk.
7. Bake for 35-40 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
8. Cool on a wire rack.
9. Cut the top off the pastries and fill with vanilla ice cream and raspberries.
10. Replace the top and drizzle hot chocolate on top.
