MAKING
1. Cut the fairytale brownie into half lengthwise.
2. Place the softened ice cream on top and cover it with the other half of the brownie.
3. Place it on a plate and keep it in the refrigerator, until the ice cream hardens.
4. Do the same with fairytale cookies.
SERVING
5. Serve the ice cream sandwich after a hearty meal.
TIPS
If you have any leftover, wrap them in parchment paper and keep it in the refrigerator.
