2 1/2 cups Strawberry 'n' Banana Ice Cream
2 1/2 cups Blueberry Ice Cream
1 Coconut Crust for a 10-inch pie
1 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
Place each kind of ice cream into a separate bowl, and allow to soften at room temperature until ice cream can be stirred with a spoon but is still frozen.
