MAKING
1) In food processor, combine the graham crackers, melted butter and cinnamon. Pulse to fine crumble.
2) Evenly divide the graham cracker mixture among 4 bowls, packing it down on the bottom of the bowls.
3) Top with the ice cream and fire roasted marshmallow.

SERVING
4) Garnish with mint leaves and serve immediately.
