Ice Box Lemon Pie Recipe
Ingredients
| Eagle brand milk | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Egg | 1 | |
| 1/3 cup ReaLemon lemon juice- | ||
| Cool Whip | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| 1 large graham cracker crust pie shell | ||
Directions
Whip Eagle Brand milk and egg together.
Slowly add and beat in lemon juice.
Blend in all or part of the Cool Whip (less for more tart taste; more for lighter fluffier taste), pour into pie shell.
Chill overnight.
