I Pared The Pear Pie Recipe
Ingredients
| 5 Bartlett pears | ||
| Pastry lined 9 or 10 inch pie tin | ||
| Sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Flour | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Eggs | 2 | |
| Vanilla | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Butter/Margarine | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), melted | |
Directions
Pare and cut pears lengthwise into halves.
Remove core.
Arrange cut side down in pie shell.
Beat sugar, flour, butter, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
Pour over pears.
Bake in preheated 325° oven for 40-45 minutes.
